LAND PREPARATION

Preparation and processing Land typically done less  About a 4 Weeks. As for the preparatory steps as follows:

1.        LAND CLEARING
Land clearing requires the removal of native cover, including trees, bushes and boulders from the land surface. The land must then be broken in order to get a workable seedbed into which a crop can be seeded. Land breaking includes the removal of roots, stumps and rocks.

2.        LAND CAN BE PREPARED IN TWO WAYS

- By hand (using a spade, hoe, rake, etc.) or By heavier tractor-drawn implements.

3.        BEDS WITH TRACTOR OR MANUAL
To making beds there are 2 types of beds you can chose :


A.        SINGLE BEDS


B.        LONG BEDS


4.        PLANTING HOLE AND GRANT OF FERTILIZER COOP
Make the planting hole to a depth of 20cm s / d 25cm. with a distance of 1.5 m x 1.5 . Provide a minimum 2kg Organic Fertilizer Plant on every hole that has been provided.After less than 2 days land ready for planting with The Giant Cassava Seeds.

5.        PLANTING SEEDS & HOW
  •  Select The Giant Cassava Seed  which has sprouted.
  • Clean/Cut the roots and soak 1/4 long stem with root stimulant.
  • Scrape the planting hole that has given Manure 20cm until 25cm deeps. then planting cassava seed giant that has been provided before.

6.        SEED REPLACEMENT
Replacement of dead and dry seeds performed after 2 weeks of planting along with trimming the shoots that grow from the rootstock (Lower stick) which inhibits the growth of shoots from the trunk ( upper stick) are done.


7.        FERTILIZING, WEED CONTROL AND TREATMENT
Once the plant is 4 weeks after planting than we fertilization regularly to get maximum results.If the rapid growth of weeds we need to spray with a non-contact  poison  to control weeds. Buffering is also made ​​to the CASSAVA limb that looks prone to fracture because of the wind. 


8.         OPENING PLASTIC CONNECTION
Once the plant is less than 2 months after planting ( for BUSSI-R1 or BUSSI-S1) Than we do opening plastic connection to avoid inhibition of stem growth because the lower body will go bigger along with upper body.
